Angelo Licata: here we go...finally!

Tonight  Dark Resurrection Volume 0 will finally see the light, and I hardly believe it. At the moment everything is a little bit surreal to me, maybe tomorrow night when the movie images will appear on the screen of the Ariston Theatre, I will fully realize what we have done so far.

To me, DR Vol.0 is not only just a movie and even thinking about it for a little while, I can't tell you exactly in a few words how many people, lives and emotions have been involved in this project. The Volume 1 was born just for fun. Really, we had no idea of what we were doing and we didn't have any big ambition about it. The incredible positive outcome of the first film has far exceeded our expectations. This positive welcome has opened the path to the Volume 0. Therefore, many valuable professional people working in this field, who are normally limited by the standard requirements of the Italian cinema, this time have decided to cooperate with us, proving that something like this had never happened before. On the contrary, in Italy it is possible to make a wide range of films: from the b movies, to the fantasy and science fiction films, films that are not necessarily meant to be shot in a couple of rooms and a bathroom. Films that audience is looking forward to watch! And what I still barely figure out, is how much this potential audience wants to play an active role in this project, by supporting with their own money our madness.

Thank you, to all the people who have taken part in this project. Thank you, to our Associate Producers. Thank you, to the troupe. Thank you, to the actors. Thank you, to all those people who have helped me in the titanic work of film post-production, as well as to all those ones who have been so close to me over these years, and who sometimes have also supported my crazy ideas. Thanks to their help, no idea was foolish enough to be unfeasible. Thank you everybody.
