POSTPRODUCTION AT AN END

Two and a half years. That is how long the post-production of DR Volume 0 took. Thanks to the support and work of all the fans who participated in the project we have finally reached the end of post-production.

Yesterday, after a 72-hour editing session, director Angelo Licata and executive producer Fabrizio Rizzolo have delivered to colleagues the first working copy of Dark Resurrection Volume 0. From this version the final sound mixing, dubbing and colour-correction will be done.

At this very moment Angelo Licata is finalising the compositing on the last shots, while composer Bruno Di Giorgi is recording the soundtrack with the help of real instruments. (More about the soundtrack in the next article.)

The organisation of the premiere is also in full swing - we expect to screen the film around the first week of September.

Now we will leave you with a small gallery of stills ‘stolen’ directly from the editing suite. Having reached the historic milestone of the end of post-production others remain to be overcome, but they are very close.
